Administration

I would like you to meet Angela our office manager who along with her team takes care of all the behind the scenes work and is on the end of the phone should you need to ask any questions. Please feel free to contact the admin team any time.

Training Centre

Welcome to our training facility here in the Potteries the heart of ceramics. Here at PITT we teach ceramic wall & floor tiling to both professional and DIY level. All our trainers are from Stoke-on-Trent where ceramic tiles and crockery etc were always manufactured. We understand Ceramic Tiling in detail so why not visit us anytime 7 days a week here at PITT. And dont forget we have a state of the art plumbing centre here to compliment the skills of any ceramic tiler/bathroom installer.

Buffet Lunch

Here at PITT we have two working Kitchens to cater for your every need, from snacks, hot buttered toast and the preparation of your free buffet lunch from our Hygienic well maintained kitchen.
All of our Kitchen staff are trained in food hygiene as you would expect. We train new and existing Ceramic Tilers in how to tile such areas, from domestic through to commercial and even hospital sterile units. We are experts in such regulated requirements, only what you would expect from a professional centre.

Training Rooms

This is a view of one of the 12 tiling rooms. These bathrooms are all built to match real rooms that you will come across in every day ceramic tiling situations. Each room has a slight difference as all delegates will set-out for both walls and floors some 4 times to ensure your competence before you leave to work alone.

Safe car parking

We at PITT feel it necessary while you are here learning that we provide a locked secure car park so you have nothing to worry about when it comes to personal belongings that you may have with you. The centre is in a nice area, however better to be safe than sorry. And don't worry about rushing for a space as we have enclosed locked parking for over 35 vehicles in our own grounds.

Office Manager

Please meet Angela the office manager, Angela is on hand to over see all admin and the running of the courses. She is also there to answer any question you may have regarding the courses or general queries.

Dining Area

Here at PITT we also provide refreshments, such as tea, coffee and buffet lunches included in the cost of your course, as well there is an on site tuck shop for those of you with a sweet tooth. The dining area is fully kitted out so you can enjoy a relaxing break time environment.

Technical Team

Our technical advice line is open 91 hours a week.
8am - 9pm Monday to Friday.

Training Team

Here we have your trainers, these guys are on hand for the full duration of your course to guide you in the right direction. (From left) we have Steve our training assistant to aid the trainers. We have Paul, he is the founder of PITT with over 30 years experience in all aspects of the trade and is here to pass on his extensive knowledge. Then finally we have Jason, he will conduct the majority of the practical side of your training and will be there every step of the way. So there you have your team.

This is the practical area where you will spend the majority of your time at PITT, as you can see these guys are getting the hang of cutting tiles or just breaking a few at first but do not worry they do get it right eventually.
